Simon Levene Bsc (Hons) MRICS
Group ChairmanSimon Levene has been dealing with commercial property for some 25 years first qualifying as a chartered surveyor at DTZ and then moving to a niche property investment company in Soho. It was here that Simon built up an expert knowledge of the central London and west end property markets advising on schemes such as the prestigious Camden market regeneration in the late 1990’s. Simon founded Levene Chartered Surveyors in 2000 and since then the companies have gone from strength to strength providing a broad range of professional services throughout London and the South East. He has a proven track record of success within a variety of sectors in the property industry and has a reputation of maximising the commercial potential from the property asset and ensuring high investment returns through either sale or continued asset management. Simon has a passion for worldwide travel in particular European cities and enjoys cars and motorsports.
Rob Pendleton FRICS
Senior Agency AdvisorWith over 25 years post-qualification experience, Rob provides independent valuations and investment advice and acts as an expert witness in Tribunals and Courts to advise on rental values and business and capital values. He has led multi-disciplinary teams on international feasibility studies and ensured optimisation of profitability for property. He also negotiate rents and rates matter for clients.
Charles Wilkinson AssocRICS BSc DipDEA
Senior Commercial Agency SurveyorCharles graduated with a degree in Estate Surveying and joined the company in 2015 having worked in the industry for 8 years as a lettings agent and an energy assessor. Since joining the company, he has successful achieved his RICS Associate qualification and is currently working towards full RICS membership.
Charles is responsible for the disposal (sales and lettings) and acquisition of various types of commercial property covering a broad range of sectors including retail, office, leisure and industrial. Charles is familiar with dealing with a high volume of transactions and over the last year completed the successful disposal of over 50 properties. Charles also advises clients on rent reviews, lease renewals and other landlord and tenant matters. Charles is a keen skier and has competed at national level whilst at university.
Jonathan Watson Jones MSc
Commercial Agency AdvisorJonathan graduated with masters in International Real Estate and has previously worked at Jones Lang LaSalle and Savills in the rating and valuation departments. Joining the company in 2014, Jonathan has gained a range of experience both within the agency team assisting clients in all aspects of the disposal and acquisition of a range of commercial property types, and more recently within the professional department providing clients with lease advisory services including commercial rent-reviews and lease extensions. He is a keen sportsman, enjoying most sports including football and tennis and has played rugby at club and county level.
Josh O’Rawe BA (Hons)
Graduate Commercial SurveyorJoshua graduated with an honours degree in Planning and Property Development and worked for the management consultancy Incendium before joining Levene Commercial.Joshua assists clients in all aspects of the disposal or acquisition of property involving marketing, negotiating and managing transactions. He is currently working towards his APC and is a keen sportsman playing rugby and having competed in athletics at a national level.
Annelise Boost
Commercial AdministratorAnnelise has been with Levene since March 2017 and has become a vital member of the team focussing on supporting the commercial agency team with all aspects of commercial property lettings and sales, administration and client liaising. Prior to joining us, she has held roles in both the retail and social care sectors, providing outstanding support to customers, clients and colleagues alike. When not juggling customer enquiries, producing marketing materials and her administrative duties, Annelise enjoys spending time with her family, friends and walks with her dog.
